Chase Bank is known for untruths!

In 2009 my husband was in the hospital for open heart surgery,our mortgage was with chase bank,This surgery went horribly wrong and my husband starteed bleeding out and I wasnt even thinking about a house payment at this time,l;ong story short I called them and told them of my issuses and I was promised that this late payment would not appear on my credit report but it did and has haunted us for thw last seven years this one late payment and they wont remove it after promising it would not show on my credit report.Chase Bank has no heart and their promises mean nothing!
